COVID-19 UPDATE:

The State of Vermont's current guidelines for in-person meetings and events limit gatherings to no more than 25 people. At this time the University of Vermont has not yet determined when in-person events may fully resume therefore, we are not yet able to confirm your room or event requests for Summer and Fall 2020. We will notify you of the status of your request as quickly as possible once those guidelines have been updated and safety protocols are established.

During this time of social distancing, our team is working hard to ensure that we can meet your needs when we do return to working and living on campus. We have a variety of tools to assist you with your virtual events and are re-examining spaces on campus to now include social distancing of at least 6 feet. Reserving a space on campus is easy using EMS, our virtual event reservation system. Within EMS, you can search for available rooms, browse room diagrams, submit your catering request, request parking permits, and more.

 

UVM Faculty/Staff/Students: Log in using your Net ID to submit a reservation request.
