EMS (Event Management
Software) allows you to search for available rooms, view room photos, request
indoor and outdoor spaces, submit your catering request, and more.
Getting Started
Sign in by clicking "Welcome Guest" in the upper
right corner of the screen. Signing in is required to view a complete list of
available resources and spaces.
Important: You must have an active EMS account to
request a space or an event. First time EMS users should click the link below
to complete the training and take the quiz.

Please Note: This system is for REQUESTING space. Submitting a
request does not automatically reserve or approve space. All submissions
require review and may be subject to multiple levels of approval. Upon
successful submission, you will immediately receive an automated email with a
summary of your request - this is not a confirmation. You will receive a confirmation
email once your request has been reviewed and approved.
While we
make every effort to accommodate late requests, space and services cannot be
guaranteed. Late requests may be subject to additional charges.
