 COVID-19 UPDATE:

At this time the University of Vermont has not yet determined when in-person events may fully resume therefore, we are not yet able to confirm your room or event requests for the summer and fall.

However, please note that based on expectations from the UVM Strong Advisory Committee all on-campus meetings should continue to meet remotely for the foreseeable future unless there is a significant need to meet in person. Any meeting, event, or room request will be subject to additional vetting to determine if there is a significant need.  Feel free to contact our teams with any additional questions.

Reserving a space on campus is easy using EMS, our virtual event reservation system. Within EMS, you can search for available rooms, browse room diagrams, submit your catering request, request parking permits, and more.


 UVM Faculty/Staff/Students: Log in using your Net ID to submit a reservation request.

New UVM Faculty/Staff/Students: If you have not used the EMS Portal before please complete the training in the link below.  Your EMS account will be activated upon successfully completing the training and quiz:
